Renewable energy credits While they last! CSSI is pleased to offer renewable energy credits for sale.  These credits represent 150kWH of the anticipated output of the student solar array for 2009 and are thus limited in supply.

150 kWH is a tyical amount of electrical power used to power a laptop for one year.

Proceeds from the sales will benifit a student sustainability account at Caltech, which will fund future alternative energy and sustainabiligy projects.  To symbolize your committement to sustainability, your purchase of renewable energy credits will be accompinied with a small sticker which you may affix to e. g. your laptop.  The renewable energy credit stickers are issued for donations to the sustainability account of $20 or larger.
